Let’s review your Norbert device account settings!

To log into your Norbert account go to: app.norberthealth.com.

Accessing your account settings

You can access your account Settings by clicking on the dropdown menu on the top right hand corner.

View temperatures either in ℉ or ℃

In your Settings, you can change the view of the temperature units from ℉ to ℃ and back. Just toggle between ℉ and ℃, and Tada!

Other view options

Your dashboard has some preselected options like: Show temperature or Snapshots. If you prefer not to see the actual temperature measure simply turn off the Show Temperature toggle. You can also turn off Camera and Infrared Image by deselecting those options.

Once Show Temperature is turned off, you won’t see the actual temperature measure, but your dashboard report would still indicate if the temperature is normal, elevated or high with green, yellow or red circle in the Measurement column.
