Account management dashboard

This article describes the account management dashboard designed for the Norbert Health partners. The dashboard provides account admins with ability to:

  • invite and manage users

  • manage multiple devices and locations

  • set up email notifications.

Invite a user

  1. Go to Account Management setting, click on Users.

 

2. Click on the Invite user button. Next select a location you would like this user to be linked to → enter the email address of the invitee and click Send invite.

 

 

Locations and devices

You can manage multiple device locations from the Locations section. To add a new location simply click Create new location.

 

As an account admin you can control the settings for every device. To access the settings for a particular device click on the pen icon.

The device settings allow you to manage what gets displayed on the report screen.

  • Show Temperature: when turned on this feature displays numeric temperature value. To hide the temperature number from being displayed simply turn it off by toggling the button.

  • Snapshots: displays both camera and infrared image. To hide either of the images or both simply uncheck these options.

  • Record Retention Time: allows to retain temperature reading records for up to 7 days.

  • Devices: lists all your company’s devices and their location. To remove the device from the location click on next to the device name. You can also remove the device through the Devices section.

  • Purge Records: allows you to delete all the data collected by the device.
