Setting up your Norbert device: step-by-step guide
The Norbert set up app provides everything you need to install and begin using your device.
Download the Norbert app from the Apple or Google Play store. You can find the set up app by searching “Norbert Health”.

Create an account through the Norbert Health app. We recommend using your company email address. To confirm your account a verification code will be sent to the email address that you used to create your account. Simply enter the verification code and your account is confirmed!

The next step in setting up your device is to link your Norbert account with your company. If you are the first user of your company on Norbert Health, simply enter your company name.
If your company already has been set up on our system, just ask your Norbert account administrator to send you an invitation to join.

Next, the app will ask you to plug in the device. Your device LED lights will begin blinking white, indicating that your device is ready to set up. It may take up to 3 minutes for the LEDs to begin blinking.
Please make sure that you are within 6 feet of the device and proceed to the next step
Connecting your Norbert device to a Wi-Fi network. The device will connect and use a Wi-Fi network selected from the list of available networks.

Assign your device to a location. Norbert allows you to assign one or more devices to a location. You can assign your device to an existing location (if available) or you can create a new location by selecting and entering a “New Location Name”. Give your device a name.
